Certimodo started as audit software we built with a certification body. We worked alongside its auditors and reviewers, fixed what slowed them down and kept going until the results showed. Certimodo takes that work and makes it configurable for any certification body.

Will it fit the way we work?
Yes. Audit flows, checklists, documents and workflows are configured for each of your schemes.
How does switching work?
Audits already in progress finish on your current system. New audits start in Certimodo. Plan for about three months to move over fully.
How is our data kept secure?
Each certification body runs on its own server and database, so your data is never stored alongside another client. Your data is hosted in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest, and only named members of our team can access it, for support. The AI features use [provider] under business terms that do not allow your data to be used to train models. We sign a data processing agreement with every client.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is on demand and calculated per certificates issued in a year.
Can we add a scheme later?
Yes. Schemes are unlimited, and adding one is a configuration task, not a development project.
